Baptism at Selby Abbey
All year 1 and year 2 went across to Selby Abbey where they were taught all about christenings, and how we are welcomed into the church when we are young. Mr Wheetman and Mr Weaver both explained the service and the rolls of the godparents and congregation
The children really enjoyed watching the service being carried out asking and answering lots of questions.
